Search in the notes app no longer works. There are other questions on here relating to this, is like to continue that thread but Apple won’t let me reply stating no one has responded in awhile, even though they all seem to relate to the update 17.
You used to be able to type a word and it would return the notes which contained that word.

Turn off Notes in Settings > [your name] > iCloud, restart your iPhone and turn Notes back on. Wait a few minutes for the search index to be rebuilt.
