How can I cancel an App Store refund request?

An app I purchased wasn't working and I couldn't get a response from the developer so I submitted a refund request but it is now working again. I would like to cancel the refund so I don't get blacklisted by Apple or something if it gets refunded and I just purchase it again right away. The chat person I talked to had no idea what I was even saying and wanted me to phone the app developer which makes no sense.

You can't cancel the request unless it is something you can get done by speaking with Apple. Typically you accept the refund and then buy again what it was that your wanted.
