I have just migrated with migration assistant from a iMac 2017 running Ventura to a 2021 iMac running sonoma. Everything migrated beautifully. However I cannot log back into the new Mac. I have types my name and the old password but it just refuses to accept anything. Caps lock is off, how do I get back in, the old Mac is still working. Please help

When you migrated, you were asked to select a password for each of the migrated accounts.
Maybe at that point you chose a different password; that is the one you need to enter now.
