Have tried resetting, repairing to phone with no avail. Whether I try on with the press and hold to change modes or on screen, it refuses to let me turn off transparency mode. I can switch to ANC or adaptive, but cannot turn off completely. When I click on the off button a sound plays alerting me it will not work.
