latest song shown on my front page in Chinese, Japanese, Indian

I live in the UK, my account is registered here in English and I do not wish to be recommended new songs from China or Japan, I spend a few minutes every day to select every Chinese, Japanese or Asian music song as show less. If I have never listened to and am not interested in songs in Chinese, this is absurd. Please let me know where I can personalize this or completely block the display of songs from other countries.
