Why Isn't my SMS verification code arriving for WhatsApp on my iPad?

I read this issue here but the solutions proposed din't work to me. I am trying to receive a SMS with the verification code to my wabusiness (second SIM card). SMS never comes and every time I try, I have to wait more and more hours to receive the code again which is never resent

I do not have a spare phone to do the verification. I had already turned off my primary line to try receiving the sms for the second sim..... unsuccessfuly

Getting a SMS Message for Logins:

See if you can use an app on some other device (i.e. computer) to get a message.

Get the eMail Changed, Manually:

contact this site, asking them to allow for a different device to get the message. If you need to change the number, then let them know.

Thanks for the suggestion. but there is no way to open in any other device as I couldn't even registered the new account.

the second sugestion : to contact wabusiness: tried million times and the reply is an IA message that does not help at all. And the app does not govern other options as sending the code through email or call.
