Unable to access my MagicJack subscription after upgrading to iPhone 16 Pro
Hi I have a magic jack active subscription my iPhone 13 but I recently upgraded to an iPhone 16pro and now I’m unable to access my magic jack app. When I sign it’s telling me I have to purchase but I click purchase it’s telling I have a subscription already and that I have to sign in. Why didn’t it transfer to my new phone?
