iPhone won't download any apps
Every time I go to download an app it says I owe a payment or pass payment, but it won't tell me for what or what amount can anybody help me out with this? Is my phone been hacked?

Check your purchase history. If you see an amount in red, that would be a transactions that has not been paid.
