Are the AirPods Pro (2d generation) the same as the Pro2? I can’t access the hearing test with the second generation model I have. I am using an IPad running iOS 18.1

To check your AirPods firmware go to settings>your AirPods> scroll down
If the firmware isn't yet updated, please charge your AirPods at a wall outlet
If your AirPods Pro's firmware is not updating, no matter what you do it could be that you have counterfeit ones
