How to stop volume automatically being reduced every few songs on AirPod Pro 2s?

When I run with my AirPod Pro 2's and my Apple Watch 6 Cellular (watchOS 11.1) I find that the volume of my music will randomly reduce to an exact amount that is between 50 and 75% every few minutes. This requires me to manually turn the music back up each time, which becomes incredibly annoying on a long run.

I am using the Apple Watch Spotify app, and am not bringing an iOS device with me. Just my Apple Watch and Airpod Pro 2s.

I do not have "Reduce Loud Audio" enabled in the Headphone Safety settings nor have I received notifications about this.

I also do not have "Conversation Awareness" enabled, so that cannot affect this.

I am not touching my headphones or my watch when this occurs. There is no user interaction triggering this behavior.

As a person who suffers from partial hearing loss, its frustrating that Apple is making me unable to clearly hear my music by choosing a volume that is incomparable with my disability, thinking it knows better than me, the user.

How can I stop my Apple Watch from lowering the volume of my music on me?
