calaccessd does not have permission to open app

After upgrading MacOS to Sequoia, my calendar entries that have been working for a few years all broke with an error that calaccessd does not have permission to open app...

These calendar entries have references to an application that synchronizes my data across multiple mounted drives.

Please help me to resolve this, as I now must manually run the application each time the calendar entry pops up a window with the error. And, running manually works.

Thanks in advance!!
