The “Headphone Adaptation” not working with MacBook Pro 16 2019 and 1st generation AirPods Pro

I'm using a MacBook Pro 16 2019 on an Intel Core i9 and 1st generation AirPods Pro. I have upgraded my operating system to Mac OS Sequoia. The “Headphone Adaptation” feature appeared in the accessibility settings. But I can't use the custom setting, my mac gives an error: Custom settings are only available on supported Apple and Beats headphones. I have looked at many sites with information about supporting the feature. Everywhere it says the feature should work. Maybe someone has encountered the same problem. What should I do, I have already reset my AirPods. I don't know how else to solve this anymore.
