I am expecting a refund money in my Apple Pay account. My merchant have my previous Apple Pay number but I update my phone and my Apple Pay number is changed.
how i can get my money in my account? Because my merchant is saying they will transfer money in previous apply pay account.

There’s no such thing as an Apple Pay Account. Refunds do not involve Apple Pay and direct between the merchants bank and the bank that issued the credit or debit card you used for the original transaction.
