Every time I go to print, I get the message my document is password protected but I didn't set a password!

Hello! Lately, whenever I create new Word document and go to print it, the print dialogue box says that the document is password protected even though I did not do this. I'm not sure whether this is because my Microsoft 365 account is through my job? In any case, I don't know what the password would be! Also, if I ignore it and hit print, the printer gives the message "/private/var/spool/cups/d00001 has permissions that do not allow printing". Can anyone help? I have removed and re-added the printer, downloaded the drivers again, reset the printer, etc. etc. I dream of the day when I can just hit 'print' and my document prints!! Thanks for any help!
