I’m having an issues whereas my IPhone and IPad iOS mail is not synchronizing. If I open an email I have received on one device it doesn’t show read on other and vice versa. I have checked my accounts and they are the same on each device.

Check on you devices to see if Mail is in the App Refresh option. On 18.1 they have removed it so you have to do it manually.
