Sync issue with Notes has persisted for years

Sync issue with Notes has persisted for years. I type some text on the Notes application on my Mac Studio desktop computer. wait a few minutes. open my iphone. and those notes arent reflective on the Notes App on the iphone. I force quit out of notes app on iphone, come back in and its still not reflecting notes I put on Notes app of mac studio desktop. I've wrote other posts about this same issue in the past. Yes both Mac studio Studio and iphone are on the same icloud account and same private wifi at my house.
