Cant contact online Apple Support. I keep getting redirected.

Hello. I’m trying to change my apple ID’s region and i cannot do it because i have $0.45 left in my account that i cannot spend. Im trying to reach out to apple support for them to empty my balance. I keep pressing on “Contact support” but the website redirects me to the main menu and doesnt let me contact any form of support.‼️ I keep getting redirected please help?
