Friendly Streaming App is stopping my Mac from shutting down...Help!

I am trying to shut down my Mac, but it says Friendly Streaming is preventing that. The app gives me a pop up asking me to rate it, but I'm sure as heck not clicking on anything for an app that is freezing my computer. The red "close" x is greyed out, so I can't do anything to get it off the screen, and it doesn't pull up the typical app-related tab at the top of the screen, so there are no options there to shut it down either. I'd sure appreciate some guidance. Thanks!
