I set my son up with Apple Cash. It was pending. He tried to finish setup on his end but it won't let him. Now when I go to Apple Cash under his family profile it states Apple Pay services unavailable. My Apple Pay is still working. We checked Language & Region, reset phones, checked for updates. Nothing has worked.
How old is your son? Did he just turn 13?
