Network List Has a network with Icons

In my network list drop down menu - which there are three for my facility - all are named appropriately - and then there is a network with no password - and about 5 emoji type symbols as the name. One is a blue ATM symbol in the string of five emoji icons, that look very much like an icon for an app on your phone. I have never seen this before in my life - ever. A network name that a string of icons. Any idea what this might be? I have uploaded a google image to try and identify and nothing comes back. It is very odd. Need help! Need to find this and remove it from the building!
