When I try to download Mail I get an action to download old e-mails. There are over 14k and it crashes at the end. I am unable to access mail because of this. How canI delete all those e-mails that I do not know where they are hidden? I am attempting to switch and learn abut the Mail in iCloud but am still learning. All help is appreciated. I would log into your email providers website in a browser and look to see what you can get rid of.
Sorry this is not about iCloud. It is the normal e-mail not iCloud mail. Can I switch this to just iMAC and e-mail? If so ow do I do that?
I have done that and there are no e-mails there to delete. I am at a loss as to what to do next. Tks for your response. Have a great day.
