Why are my AirPods getting connected to unknown devices?

iPhone 13 running iOS 17.7.1. While streaming with AirPods Pro Gen 1, streaming from Apple Music, unexpected connection with unknown device called scosche BTFM4. This resulted Apple Music automatically pausing and synchronizing with scosche device. I could hear music from that device in AirPods. Device seems to be neighbors vehicle as this has happened as vehicle arrives. This seems to be quite a security issue. Would appreciate any suggestions. This has happened in the past and did resolve. It back and more precarious than ever. Theoretically, could be a phone call. Anyone have an idea???
