Able to send/receive live.com emails from Computer.
Send email wouldn’t work from iPhone 16 Pro Max.

if it was me then I would remove the live.com account from the iPhone and then restart the iPhone Force restart iPhone - Apple Support
and then after add the mail account again
It is working perfectly now after I applied your suggestion.
