Apple transaction declined but charged twice on Etisalat bill
Hello, yesterday I made an app purchase for game, first transaction declined and second transaction went through. However on my etisalat bill it shown that 2 transactions went through and the amount debited twice! I called Etisalat, they clearly mentioned as long there an Apple transaction no provided that mean the purchase happened and not declined and they cannot help me and I need to contact Apple call center for help. I called today Apple call center, the call coordinator was so mean and unprofessional with really bad attitude and he don't want to liston and insist that he is a counsel and Etisalat is wrong! Now if there is an apple transaction no is created by Apple and it is shown that the payment for this transaction has declined! Why Apple cannot send an official email to the user confirming that there is no purchase happened for this transaction no. And the purchase was declined, so the user can use the email as proof to Etisalat to refund the funds.. I don't know where is the issue exactly here? Please I need a customer care manager to contact me urgently cause I cannot accept such treat from your counsellors and staff. Thx.
