I'm trying to purchase the new MacBook Pro for the third time in a week, and the order gets cancelled without prior notice nor justification on the website. This is really annoying!
At first they said the order was rejected by my card, but this time the order was debited on my card. The only way I can reach support is through the phone and they have limited availability.
Apple support and customer service has become horrible lately.
