Cannot log in to Apple Music on Windows 10 PC to sync my music to my phone.

I have about 100Gb of music on my PC. I want to have a copy on my phone as I travel to remote areas often with little or no network coverage.

When I open the Apple Music App and try to Log in I get a message "Verification Failed. This action could not be completed. Please try again". I can log in to Apple Music on the web.

I've read a few other questions here and many say to Log in to iTunes. iTunes has No music anymore - when I go into iTunes it is just Podcasts & Stations, and says all Music is available in Apple Music.

I can see the music in Apple Music and play it from my PC, but to sync it to my phone I need to log in.

I've contacted Apple Support, and they feel it is a Windows Issue.

Help - How can I get my purchased music onto my phone....
