This app is taking money without me knowing what it even is. It’s trying to take money almost every other day and I don’t know how to cancel it or be refunded. Does anyone have a way to cancel it without having to cancel my Apple Pay or other cards connected to my Apple Pay?

Is "Starraps" the correct name? I found no information on that app or website. If it is an app called Nebula for Astrology reading, then you signed up for a free trial with them directly and you will also need to cancel and request a refund with them. This bypasses Apple's ability to manage the subscription and they are billing your card directly without any involvement from Apple. Please confirm the name of what is charging you and/or the exact description of the charge for specific information.

There are multiple Starraps, ranging from Astrology apps, to games, to app developers. No one can provide a definitive answer without knowing more information about the app or the charges you’ve had.
