Drivers for Canon Pro-1 printer using Mac OS Sonoma
Does anyone know if Canon has updated the driver software on the Pro-1 for new Mac IOS

In the Downloads section, I see applications and firmware updaters that will run on Sonoma and Sequoia – but no drivers for any version of macOS more recent than Big Sur. I don't know whether that is a good sign (i.e., the Big Sur drivers work on Monterey, Ventura, and Sonoma – and might work on Sequoia), or a bad one (Canon abandoned the printer).
Sometimes when a manufacturer fails to provide new drivers for a printer, you have AirPrint to fall back upon. Here, there is no hint of AirPrint support in Canon's Specification Sheet or in Apple's About AirPrint Support document.
