Can't Take Airpods Pro #2 Hearing Test

I've tried adjusting my ear pods and changing the ear tip sizes, but nothing I do lets me take the hearing test. I keep getting the same message to adjust or change the ear tip size. These are brand new ear pods, and they are not dirty, so that is not an issue. The only other thing I can think of is that my tinnitus is causing the probem. If this is the case approximately 10 percent of the people who purchase them will not be able to take the ipod hearing test, and Apple needs to address this.
