iPhone Calendar Sends Meeting Response Again Just Before Meeting Starts

I have this weird phenomenon going on with my Exchange account on my iPhone. Meeting organizers have informed me that my response to a meeting invite is being resent either a few minutes before the meeting starts or sometimes even during the meeting (the couple instances I just found seemed to revolve around the meeting reminder but I found another that resent the invite an hour after the meeting had started).

I remember finding a page at some point in the past that said it was an iOS bug, but I can't find the page anymore. What I read described it perfectly.

Does this sound familiar and does anyone know how to fix?
