The email signature does not appear the same to the recipient as it does when I send the email.

I have been using the same email signature for years. When I send the email, everything looks fine (same font and size): the option to use the default font is checked in the "Mail" settings. However, the recipient sees the signature completely differently. How can I solve this? This signature is also the business card of my company. It looks rather unprofessional...

Dear Al, thanks for your reply. I followed all the steps to which you refer years ago : it doesn't solve my problem. In attachment 4 screenshots :

1) Settings of my signature

2) the "look" of the mail before sending : everything looks great, same font and seize, ...

3) How the mail looks to the receiver ( on iPad ) : the text is bigger than the signature

4) How the mail looks to the receiver ( on iPhone ) : the text is bigger than the signature
