My Apple mail fails to open cannot reopen?

iMac 21.5″, macOS 10.15
Boot into Safe Mode and try to run Mail from there

I called Apple support today and we fixed it. There was something in the library she brought me to this
go to folder for mail ~/library Thank you all for your help I was so frustrated and called them.
They were awesome

Just now I Reinstalled Sequoia and got this again no luck on working I need to get this fixed please
I do not see my screen in safe mode
Has Mail opened with out crashing?
It worked since update to Seqouia
How in Sequoia?
If I could download Apple mail from Apple Store would. It works if so can you show me were the download if it would work?
Is there a link for download for Apple mail not in apple store?
