Friends, I need help

Situation: after updating iOS to 18.1, the option “turn off noise reduction altogether” disappeared from the settings of the AirPods pro 2 headphones. Remaining modes: transparency, adaptive, noise reduction

Question: have you found how to turn off the noise reduction forcibly? Adaptive mode does not suit me when I put on a hood, for example. It rubs against the microphones and an unpleasant sound is heard

Did I Google? Yes. I feel like it's only me who cares
