A lot of people ask for this feature - plugin list organization

Hi. I'm an audio engineering teacher and Youtuber for 10 years with a lot of followers. I noticed Plugin manager store plugins in the alphabetic order. All other DAWs have some options so you can create different sets of plugins and place them in a specific order. For example if I need my favorite digital EQ and favorite SSL emulation I want to create a list "EQs" and place them on the top of the list. Please implement this feature.

One important thing to keep in mind. This is just a User forum, if you like to send feature requests, bug reports or something else, please go to Feedback - Logic Pro - Apple

You can do this also from the Logic.app directly. Logic Pro > Provide Logic Pro Feedback

The new version 11.1 has got some improvements in the plugin browser, but I don't know if your wishes have been taken into account by the update. The new version is not bug free, so create at least a backup of your current Logic.app and ~/Music/Audio Music Apps/Databases/Tags (this is where your plugin library changes are stored). But I recommend to create a complete time machine backup.

Yes. I use custom names like 1-name, 2-name. Same idea but it would be greate if Apple Logic guys check how it's done in Cubase. I create a subfolder for my Audio Production Course. Inside I have EQ, Compressor, Dynamics, Reverb folders. I can change their order to put most important plugins on the top. Then I create completely different folder for myself like "My favorites" and inside I have the same folders like EQ, Compressor, Reverb etc but I change the list of plugins and I change the order of those plugins. It would be greate if Apple Logic guys create something similar. And of course for Bounce in Place 32 bit FLOAT or 64 bit float files. As 24 bit sounds different to the virtual instrument. You can check in out of phase cancelation test "Null test". There is a difference with 24 bit files. I have to go with Export->Audio Tracks with 32bit FLOAT to keep the audio quality.
