This week I picked up a new MacBook Air. I’m trying to set up Mail and enable my regular email account through my internet provider. Mail is set up on my iPhone and iPad, but I can’t remember my email password. How can I find it say on my iPhone or iPad?

It would be in your Passwords on your iPhone or if you haven't moved to Passwords on your Mac, still in you keychain. Do a Spotlight search for it since they have moved it in Sequoia.
Funnily enough I’ve checked the password stored in Passwords under my internet provider’s name, but I get a password not correct message when I’ve tried to use it. Not sure how there isn’t a correct password saved. May have to use the reset password option but I’m concerned that it will mess up my email on my iPhone and iPad.
