I’m being charged

I downloaded the nebula app. i’d realize that it was over priced and I did not want it so I immediately went ahead and just did the free trial and canceled my subscription well now I’m trying to be charged 50 something dollars and I cannot download any apps until I pay, and that is not accurate whatsoever. I would like for the subscription to be immediately canceled and refunded my money. It says that my scrub subscription cancels in 2025 in November, but it should be canceled as of now because I am not paying for it and I do not want it.

How exactly do you know that those $50 are for the Nebula subscription?

Subscriptions started through your Apple account, will not state what they are for on your payment method's statement, only appear "apple.com/bill".

If it says specifically that it is for Nebula or Scrub, then it suggests you started the subscription directly with them on their website, and as such you need to cancel it there as well.

With that said, only you can cancel your subscription, nobody else can do it for you.

Follow the steps in the support document linked below.

Sounds like you clicked a link from a Social Media site or website advertisement and started a free trial directly with the company. This bypasses Apple's ability to cancel the subscription and you are stuck with dealing with that company to cancel and/or request a refund.

Here is the information Nebula provides about their subscription terms:

You can check for the subscription here:

Their refund policy is available here:

In the future stick with in-app purchases for any subscription/free trial, so they can be easily cancelled by Apple. When signing up directly with a company, your subscription is being managed by that company and they are billing your card directly.
