Apple Fitness Move Goals Progress Lost

I recently upgraded my iPhone 16 Pro to iOS 18.1, and my Apple Watch Ultra (gen 1) to watchOS 11.1. After the updates, I noticed that my move goals [Apple Fitness>>Awards>>Go For It] is missing some data. On 8/12/24, I achieved the 1,500 Move Goals award for having accomplished that feat. However, after the update, the progress towards the next Move Goal award, 1,750 Move Goals, displays just "1,075 of 1,750 days". This makes no sense, given I clearly had attained 1,500 move goals in order to achieve the award of the same name. The progress should read something like "1,540 of 1,750 days" given the progress made subsequent to attaining the 1,500 Move Goal award.

I've restarted the phone and watch several times, and while the other Awards appear to be correct, this one has failed to "resync" and I'm afraid I've lost several years' worth of exercise data and progress towards my next Move Goal. Please advise
