I cannot receive no emails in my email box since I have updated the new version on my iPhone 13 Pro

Not sure what your email is, be it Yahoo, Gmail, one of Microsofts or any other one. If it is Hotmail or Outlook and you used the Outlook.com option and didn't work you can try Microsoft Exchange option and if that still doesn't work you might have to use the Outlook app that is on the App Store

1. Reboot your iPhone
2. Remove you email address and re-enter it using the appropriate option for the email
