Apple Exercise Challenges

I am an active participant in completing the monthly Apple Exercise Challenges. For Nov 2024 it is to ride your bike outside on at least 3 different occasions. I have done it one time and recorded via the Strava app, (which is an approved recording app) but Apple is not listing that one time as completed. It still list me with “0 times completed.” How do I get Apple to recognize my completed efforts? Thanks.
