Billminder data lost

I recently updated to iOS 17 on my iPhone 14 Pro. I never would have done this had I known that it would cause my Billminder app to become unusable. As other people have found out, the app no longer opens since updating my iOS (it still shows a number of notifications on the icon, but crashes when you try to open). I discovered after the fact that other people have had this issue and that the app is no longer available. I had about 15 yrs of bill payment history on the app and relied on it to keep track of all my bills and payments. If anyone knows of any way to recover all this data that is in limbo please advise. I don't recall every doing any backups of the app, unfortunately (although the app does show up on my iCloud backup list--any way to retrieve data from there?). Also, if there is a way to retrieve the data, is there any way to transfer it to another bill organizer app (and what apps do people recommend?)?
