Not able to use microsoft 365
My App Store in MacBook Air shows Microsoft 365 is purchased but I'm not able to use the Microsoft world or powerpoint or Exel sheets .

You will need a current license for these Microsoft 365 subscription applications. That is not included when you download them from the Mac App Store. There are in-app purchases for the subscription type that you need and application activation.
