Trouble with the Health app

I recently went to an I 16 Pro from a I 12. I've had the same problem with the Health app on both phones. Sometimes the data it shows is from the day before. The only way I can correct it is to shut the phone down and turn it back on. Is there an update available? I've never seen it on the App Store.
