I wanted to open my shopping list on my notes and it is blank. I updated version ios check my notes trun off and on my phone check my accounts and still nothing i need that asap

On your iPhone, go to Settings > [your name] > iCloud, turn off Notes, restart your iPhone and turn Notes back on. Wait a few minutes for the notes to be downloaded from iCloud.
