No sound after sleep. Sonoma 14.7, MBP M1

This is new in the last few days. After overnight sleep (not every time it sleeps during the day, thankfully, so far), I wake to no sound—all outputs, all settings checked.

Reboot required to restore sound. Is there a reset short of full reboot to fix this? Or better yet, a known issue w/ fix coming?
