hi there I was having 2 different I phones with same I cloud id and I lost one of the I phone some days back and m just wondering do I am eligible to recovers all those pictures from that lost I phone please help

If you were using iCloud Photos, then any photos from that device are in iCloud and will also sync to your other device if that one is syncing photos to iCloud too. If the photos are only stored locally on your lost device, then there is no way to recover them.
