How to delete unknown devices in Apple Health?

Hi!

After the update to iOS/iPadOS 18 and watchOS 11, when I log into Apple Health and go to the "Devices" section, I see that the list has several unknown devices that cannot be deleted. I think this must be a bug...

The devices that have data (with the correct names) can be deleted, but 80% of the other devices have a generic name (eg. "iPhone", "Watch") without data and cannot be deleted.

How can I delete those devices that don't have underlying health data?
