“Now Playing” on watchOS 11 is broken.

After doing extensive research, I’ve come to the conclusion that watchOS 11 has completely broken the “Now Playing” widget. This is extremely depressing as many people including myself used this widget as media control for Bluetooth devices. Now I have to scroll up with the crown and manually click my “media” to get media controls. When in the past, I could just do it through the widget I set on my favorite complications face. Instead, it shows a useless “suggested” that suggests nothing. We’re already on watchOS 11.1 and this issue persist. What in the world is going on with you guys over at Apple? Has no one at Apple encountered this issue on their own Apple Watch?
