If i permanently (manually) delete photos from iCloud , (from recently deleted) in order to avoid the 30 days waiting period, can they be recovered by apple support staff if i make such request within 30 days of deletion?

Indeed, pictures will remain in "Recently Deleted" for 30 days where they can be restored in case folks change their minds. But if people"avoid the 30 days waiting period," (hence "permanently delete,") then there is nothing left there to restore.

Apple is pretty serious when it comes to data security. Once something is permanently deleted, it's gone forever.
Even if they are permanently deleted within 30 days? I thought they are recoverable within 30 days
