Icloud request last iphone password (was stolen) and dont let the icloud info be on my new iphone

last year my iphone was stolen, I have a new one and i have to reset some things, now even i have the icloud password the new one request last iphone password (i forgot) and the only option i have is to erase all on icloud.


is there any other solution to this?
