search mail for exact phrase

Mac Sequoia 15.1, mail 16.0

I want to search my mails for an exact phrase, for example "apple watch". If I type "apple watch" in the search box (with or without quotes) I get everything with the words "Apple", "watch", and those emails with both words either as my search phrase or separately. I want to narrow my search to just the phrase. There must be a way to do this. How? Thanks!
